Orange Blocks

So, I'm just here asking for some help on how to use the puzzle orange blocks. I brute-forced "ART+ART," but these other "WORD+WORD" puzzles are escaping me. I did manage to use the cipher on some of the other orange and blue, and orange and red block puzzles (some of that was brute forcing also, lol.) So, just wondering, what is the general rule on how to solve these?

Without knowing the context, because I'm in the same spot as OP - My only theory is that numbers = letters, and we have to transform the words into numbers, sum them, and transform them back?

Based on the fact that it seems like the letters I've found (ARTEUNLSW) are probably ten digits. My best guess being that L = U-1 (Learns + Unsew = some 6 digit "letter" starting with U, so it's likely that there's a carryover 1)

Actually, I also found WADED + WEE, which seems to give me the full set of ADELNSTUW, and that can unscramble into WANDERLUST?

If you're still looking for that Orange block I found it by climbing the stairs behind the starting area and solving all the white/purple puzzles in that area
