Pause at end of list?
I am really enjoying this game, but I find it frustrating that the only way to confirm that a list of action is possible to accomplish from start to finish is to let the list play out, which kills the character, and then start the list over with the new actions. There is an option to repeat the last option on the list, it would be so nice if there was an option to pause after the last option as well so that you can add to the loop and continue testing instead of waiting for it to get back to that point again.

Am I just blind and this does exist? Is this something you unlock later in the game? I get that it might not work because a loop cannot be given new actions until it is updated for the next one, but this feature would be so helpful!

I'm not really sure what you mean so I'm going to drop a few possible answers. Once you start a loop you cannot add anymore actions for that run until that loop is over. You can only prepare for the next loop. Do you mean that you dont know where your character ends in your loop or where your char dies? If that is the case turn OFF autoloop. It will pause/stop where you ended. Or do you mean that once your path has ended but you still have mana that it should pause and let you put more tracks down to continue? That would be nice, but also the point of the loop is that you keep on moving through what you previously built until its over. If it ends then its another chance to start again and get more familiar with the path. Theres no other way.

Okay, that is what I meant, yea. I understand from an incremental game perspective the whole point is to repeat the actions for efficiency, and of course starting fresh with full mana where the loop ended would be game breaking, but it would be nice for the sake of building a "progression" loop to be able to test your path without needing to restart it every time and waste potentially 10+ minutes watching it run through just to add another 5-10 actions and watch it run through again...
Yeah i know what you mean. I suggest that once you boost some on your skills up that the first upgrade stones you come across upgrade your heart level to boost your speed. I'm at the point where most of my levels are shoved in heart now and the other ones arent needed as much, but maybe its just because my skill stats are pretty high now.
