Upcoming UPDATES - with issue fixes!
Hi! Thanks to everyone for playing NAIAD and giving so much detailed and appreciated feedback.

I'm taking note of all your suggestions and reported issues.
I'm doing my best to fix and improve the game and I will update with Patches ASAP!

I will be using this topic to post updates with news about bug fixes and changes.

I have updated the game (v.1.0.3) fixing some issues, bug fixes and improvements, related to:
- Achievements (Oceanid, Fish Master, Frog Master).
- Ep5 - poem1.
- fauna (bear, fox, rabbit).
- chromatic aberration visual fx.
- puzzles.

It shouldn't be bugged - you need to solve the lily pad puzzle.

Why don't you use the Steam News Hub to post patch notes? I saw the game update in my library several times but I got no news of them. Luckily I stumbled into this discussion thread but I hardly think the vast majority of players will look here.

Hi, there's a bug where I can't get past the second mote in episode 6-2 , the person on the bike just stands by windmill. I looked it up and in the videos I've seen, the person on the bike continues down the path to open the second mote once they cross the bridge you help build.. but in my game they just look like they're frozen by the windmill, they won't continue down the path to cross the bridge and to open the second mote... It locked my game from continuing at all past that point :(

Have you tried to interact with the windmill? You should dive or dash in order to activate it.

Report from a friend: crashes upon launch on macOS 10.13.6 with a discrete NVIDIA GPU

She was able to run the binary in a terminal window and here’s what the game says before crashing

Installed via SteamCMD like many other games that run well, but this one doesn't (full steam client won’t run on macOS 10.13.6 any longer, but SteamCMD works well).

Launching the whole NAIAD.app the normal way from Finder or running the nestled binary from Terminal, the crash is always the same. Minimum requirements say "macOS 10.12" though...

Is there a way to enforce a fallback to OpenGL just in case it’s some bug in an outdated Metal implementation? Profiler says Metal 1.2 but the way it’s implemented on Nvidia may be quirky and sure is very old. I guess the game autodetects metal, goes for it, and crashes horribly.
