Family Member Traits.

So one thing I really think might make this game a bit more fluid is; on start up pf a new game (which I have done very very many), how about making the family member not suck so much. I mean the traits are so low consistently with every reroll; I find myself spending about five to ten minutes rerolling. when it gets to about ten, I just go play another game.
I get it that some of them are supposed to suck. But when I see nothing but subpar traits, I don't want the headache. I don't want to jump into a game and say "whoaboy I can't wait for this challenge." I want capable characters (at least three out of five) to handle business.
