Getting a notification every startup

Every time I startup I get a notification (nefarious virtual pad driver notifications.exe)
It says I need to install it and gives me a link, I've uninstalled/repaired and reinstalled multiple times and I'm still getting the same message every startup? If someone can help me would be great! Thanks!

Solo vayan a sus aplicaciones y desinstalen Nefarius Virtual Pad Runtime / Inicien el Dsx y solo sigan las instrucciones de la reinstalación

Solo vayan a sus aplicaciones y desinstalen Nefarius Virtual Pad Runtime / Inicien el Dsx y solo sigan las instrucciones de la reinstalación

This works. Thx a lot. For others wanting to try it:

Just go to your applications (windows settings => applications) and uninstall Nefarius Virtual Pad Runtime / Start Dsx and simply follow the reinstallation instructions.

The first time trying to reinstall the "Nefarius Virtual Pad Runtime" it failed for me. Tried again and it completed successfully. Afterwards the notification is not appearing anymore.
