DSX vs Steam Input & PS Accessories

To start, I've used DSX with a DualSense Edge for a long time, long before v3, and before Steam and Sony really dialed in their support for it on PC. It's a great piece of software and it made using the DSE in just about any game super easy.

That being said, do Steam Input and the PS Accessories app both make it a bit... obsolete nowadays? Outside of LED customization and being able to map battery life to the LEDs, there's not much use for the software itself in my day to day gaming. I'm curious what others are using the software for still that can't be accomplished with Steam Input and the PS Accessories app.

Trigger effects, and the haptic features? To name two if you dont have the edge accessories app is useless
