Checking ownership of DSX in steam servers FIX

Make sure you uninstall DSX and reinstall it, this could be due to DSX not being allowed in the firewall for internet access which steam auto adds when DSX gets installed.

Did that and it's still happening HELP :D

Even went and checked if its allowed trough firewall and it is indeed ticked.

It worked fine even today before I changed few options and restarted. Namely to not appear as in-game all the time when DSX is running and for it to start minimized to tray.

When ya uninstall does it also remove any saved settings? Cause I feel like culprit are those and resetting them could fix it.

EDIT: So after uninstalling it I also then removed all left over files from the DSX folder and it's still not working.

Went back to non-beta version for now which still works.

It is impossible to make it work. It always asks for internet access and throws an error. I have already done everything possible, any solution before requesting a refund?

Does that mean the DRM is opening a listen port? Default firewall rules allow outgoing communications?

I think it has something to do with having auto-start on Windows enabled...

I reinstalled it with it enabled and the app would not open. So I re-installed it again and this time left auto-start & minimised in tray disabled and the app opens again...

I could be wrong but this helped me when mine wouldn't open.
