Relocation
I think its stupid to make us have to rebuild all the buildings again as building takes so long and your villagers end up 'homeless' because its too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow..

It should take half the time to rebuild or just make it instant on relocation, since the Ai is dumb as ♥♥♥♥.

Also the AI should also move the items instead of leave them on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ floor to despawn....

I wanted to move my town to some place else instead of be the stand boring person and stay in the first 4 zones...

But the slowness of the 'rebuilding' a building ive already built before (thus relocating it) is so stupidly tedious and slow.....

Not sure what this means... in the latest build when you relocate a building as it is being taken down the resources automatically transfer to the new location.

How many villagers do you have assigned to building? I have 6-8 and they can take down and throw up a building in like 10 minutes.. it's WAY better now than it was before.

No they dont, its drops on the floor at the previous construction sight, ive never seen it 'move' automatically. They have to keep doing it manually.....

This game honestly is starting to get teedious, all i want to do is relocate my village as everyone seems to spawn in the north where you start on the map which is boring.... and it takes them forever to build anything, forevever to move anything and in a forest next to me theres constantly 20 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boars or wolves every 2 days so they just get killed constantly....

And because of the slow ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rebuild of buildings ALREADY built im just moving them, i now have morale issues because they take 50 thousand years to get on with it..

Im so done with this ♥♥♥♥.

bro I have NO idea what you are talking about but when I relocate buildings in my game.. the mats move through the air and magically go to where I placed the new building.. I have used this to build all of my outposts because it makes it so much easier to build the entire outpost in your main village and then simply relocate the buildings to where yo actually want them.

Well good luck to you.. sounds like you just really are having a tough go at it.. this game to me is super peaceful and relaxing.. maybe try another game.. don't know what to tell you.

same thing happens to me, move a mine with 50 copper in it, copper stays in old location until manually moved

So you don't think it would be a tad exploit if you could just pack a barn full of resources, then relocate it across half the map, and then have all the content magically transfer with it?

If its intended for it to be manual that is fine, Tanyon is saying his storage in those buildings moves with the relocate, mine does not. I would like to know what exactly they intended with that system

I haven't had content relocate, it just end up in a giant loot bag on the ground and my villagers go nuts start redistribute it.

Ohhh he is talking about storage like in a barn.. haha I'm talking about the materials to BUILD the structure.. sorry my bad.. yea if you are moving storage structures then your best bet is to build a whole nother one, shut off the old one let the villagers move everything and then deconstruct/relocate it.

Sorry my bad.

Even the the stored items aren't dropped to despawn. They will stay on the old space indefinitely.

Ohh I did not know that.. I've always built my new one first/transferred then tore down the old one. Good to know.

I think you could get into a time issue problem if it did despawn. Not a big issue with plenty of villagers, but if its like a outpost with 2 dudes... and a packed barn to be moved, could been hectic.
One of the things i like the most is exactly what you are complaining. In real life, things needs to be moved.

With enough dedicated builders, this is done super fast.
