where is the Black Tusker

I searched but have not found him. I started around Blackridgepool but it's a little too high level for me yet. Let me know if anyone locates the Black Tusker.

It's north of blackridgepool you will need to either clear out the bandits or carefully walk through the area. Thanks for the map, that made it easier to find the demon boars. I didn't even know they existed in the game until this thread.
