Of course, I understand that as a sales incentive, as much content as possible needs to be delivered.
My feedback is based on my experience with the Preview Branch.
The following issues should be urgently addressed first:

In additional villages that you establish—which becomes inevitable later in the game—it's not possible to form squads. This turns intercepting enemy troops into a tedious and unnecessary clicking marathon.

While exploring the map, it's easy to fall through the terrain in the northwest because the map hasn't been completed in that area.

Combat skills are much harder to train in villagers compared to productivity traits. The books should either be cheaper or more expensive but tradable in the merchant menu.

Pathfinding needs improvement. I've had several cases where brigands or bandits were standing underwater near the shore, and my companions wouldn't follow me because they kept trying to attack enemies they couldn't reach.
Getting stuck in structures is also a problem. For example, some of my villagers get stuck inside the pit building when responding to a call to arms and are left behind.

In one of my outposts, Compound Animal Feed is being produced.
Or rather… should be produced.
The issue: production requires a Farming Level of 7.
The mixing bucket for production has a priority of 1.
However, villagers with insufficient level keep trying to work there, end up producing nothing, and block the workstation.
Villagers with the required level and the necessary resources are available, though.

These are just a few of the major issues I noticed during my second playthrough.
Before any more content is released, fundamental problems like these should be addressed first.
If we eventually get a game with lots of content, but only half of it works properly, it won’t really be a win for anyone.

Hmm i thought you could make multiple squads now and it saves them if this is the case make a squad of each town or outpost that you have and call up when needed
As far as the mixing bucket i have had no issues with it but i have mine making the first 2 types of feed. i set up 3 mixing stations 2 for the feed and 1 for the other things
As far as the combat skills i normally sell all the non combat books to the towns and get the combat books from them but yea it would be nice if we could get them in the trade option also.
As far as pathing i agree this needs work i have had many of my villagers get stuck in the river close to my base they will walk down the road over the bridge to go do something but then on way back try to walk through the river but i have noticed this improving so maybe they are already working on this (have also had them stuck at storages)
As far as the NW you must have went all the way up over the mountains cause i have been over their clearing out all the bandit camps and have went up part of the way but since nothing else was their never went any farther.

Ohh on that compound animal feed your tring to make also make sure you picked the right one if i'm not mistaken their where 3 different recipes i have made that mistake before

About the Animal Feed....belive me, i choose the right one ..i tryed a lot. ;)

You can make a squad with people from the outpost. Just recruit them once into their own squad and rename it "outpost squad". Then raise/dismiss from anywhere. If you want them mixed u to another squad, just drag their icon into it.

No, no and no.
I tryed again to produce animal food.....no villager take care of it.
Even if i make it by my self nobody feed the animals.....
Maybe a bug about that the savegame is from the last offical version?

No, no and no.

If you are continuing your playthrough from the existing save where animal husbandry was not a thing, then that's probably the problem here. With EA games, especially of this magnitude it's always better to start anew when some many things get added.

It is inevitable to break something.

I have started a new playthrough after the update and it works fine. All types of feed are produced and villagers fish.
