Very constructive!!! ... can´t see anything wrong with having training grounds in our village.
under game
there is a "skills learning speed", slider that can be adjusted to 400%. so you and your people can learn by doing. in game you can practice fight, give them the weakest weapon possible you get the same. and fight.
they will go up in str. one handed/2 handed, and/or shield if provided. what exactly do you feel you need.
i'm sure agility is in there also. go hunt fight do your thing the books are basically like a mobile master to train up up your people. instead of a book seller they could say master trainer. study these technique I've outlined in this book then return and I will test you.
