River DOCK fail. Please send scuba gear.
I have built a beautiful town {Bree} along the main river (i think it is called the Crimson River) and have cleared out all the boulders on the shore/banks and even out into the river. Getting the build-tool to highlight all white (should change this feature btw b/c you can't see it in the snow) was not easy, but I found a spot that; wasn't obstructed, was deep enough for the boat, and kept the pier above water...

I did everything right and now my workers are trying to bring supplies to the job-site and are all halfway out in the water stuck/standing/walking with logs...

This sort of video-game-irony is a most high order.. where the npcs can walk under water at will when foraging and in combat and even when idle, but when you actually want them to go underwater they behave like little children too scared of the deep end of the swimming pool...

Please, oh, please devs, can you fix this ? I have already spent a month moving my settlement from the mountains to the river valley because your game would not allow me to build my town hall on the slope of a picturesque hillside. SPARE me the heartache of having to march a gauntlet downstream to find another spot..

Fellow Bellwright's, lament with me for my workers are waterlogged with illogical programming.

BTW, I LOVE the game, this won't stop me from playing, but you guys ask for feedback. ;)

I had this issue. I thought it was a lost cause, but what I did instead was I brought all the resources to the Dock myself. When I was done I couldn't even see it anymore cause it was all underwater. But a few days later I suddenly get the "River Dock Construction Complete" and now it is there above water as it should be.
well I did try to bring the resources myself, but I can't reach the drop point in the water... I actually started from an older save and am in the process of building in the same location, but further back...hoping to see if the workers can reach all the construction dots this time.
