Seriously though PATHING in this game needs a SERIOUS look at.. it's ridiculous.. I wish I could command my guys to "stick to roads" sometimes.. they will pick the dumbest route..

Please, please give us the possibility to move our buildings, even at some material costs or something depending on the distance?
had the same issue xD you can get the stuck villager moving again: you have to go to the closest point on land and they render in again and start walking.
you might have to change position if they move out of your render range.
here is a lil tip, if you recruit in a far away town, let the new villager die and he will respawn in your town ;)
