How to Make and use resin

Hi all i dont see a lot of help posted on resin. it is needed for essential structures .. you can try to trade for it. but wit some work you can make it and use it yourself.

You need to first be high enough a crafter to make a good axe that can cut hard wood
Hardwood comes in two main types, some fat trucked, scraggly trees that grow near the start area and some also that look like birch trees that grow to the south, both are hard woods and you cant cut them with a normal axe that is a sure sign they are hard wood.

Then you have to level up your structures to get the smoker, a structrure that makes charcol and resin. There is pile of wood shaped to the center and maikng a peak about head high or taller, next to the main structure that you feed wood into. You can make charcol using regular logs or hard wood logs BUT the key is you have to use JUST ONE hard wood log to make resin. My stupid villagers were "helping" by putting in another hard wood log on top of the single one i put in and ruining the process. keep them away.

once you have the resin you need the weaver hut and you then make the special version of rope that needs resin, two resin to each regular rope piece. You will need that special rope to make some of the more advanced structures like one of the houses for you the player and the Bakery, etc.
