Hello can you help me I watched videos to fix the problem but I still have this error

Since DX11 RHI is not present nor called for in this game it is somethign you have done manually via Launch Options or some random Engine.ini mod or you are attempting to boot the game on an unsupported system.

In the first case, remove any modifications or launch options:
For the latter, install supported OS.

I tried everything, I even uninstalled the game but nothing T.T but on my laptop I can play but only with the lowest graphics. And it's not the most beautiful to see

Unfortunately no I would have loved so much but I didn't succeed I tried everything but nothing works

Go to Steam client > Help > System Information

Copy and paste here the following info:

CPU Brand:
Driver: 
Driver Version: 
Driver Date: 
DirectX Card: 

In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:

Edition
Version
Installed on
OS build
Experience

And again, did you use any launch options yourself ?
Did you clear %LOCALAPPDATA%\Bellwright ?

Sorry but I'm not good at all but I didn't know how to do what you told me I don't understand and I didn't delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%Bellwright

I have told you to copy the data that's already there into here, to this post, since I need to know what your PC has in order tot ell you what you need to do to fix the issue.

Since this is not a bug in the game.
