Question about the army
Every time I'm trying to attack a bandit camp that is far away, my arms gets hungry in the middle of the way and then half of them leave.

Is there some easier way than feeding them manually to prevent leaving? At first it wasn't an issue, but feeding 12+ people every time I have to go somewhere is really a chore.

In the army menu you can set how many food items they will take on a journey.
Then, just order them on a rally point and they will stock up on food accordingly.
That being said, they tend to grab bad food items, like raw mushrooms.
I usually muster my troops, grab a bunch of fine stew and meat stew and distribute that manually.
Some dried berries for the -20% hunger rate are good as well.

You could build a rally point a little off and put a box next to it.
Just drop the desired food items in the box and then order them on the rally point.

Got it, thank you!

Either my villagers are broken or I'm doing something wrong.

Food is set to 3, but none of them are grabbing it. There's plenty of different food in the warehouse, but they ignore it. So what am I missing here?

How far away is the warehouse from your rally point where you gave the stock up command? Might be a range issue.

It was literally next to them, because I was testing if everything was working.

and just to be sure, you actually build the rally point, not just ordered them next to it?

I did and I just fixed it. For some reason they don't want to grab food from the warehouse, but once I built a chest and put some in there, they went for it.

It works for me with a barn.
Maybe just a bug with the warehouse.
