0-0.1% GPU utilization... wth?

When playing this game, I get a bit low, but pretty normal cpu utilization for me: ~10-20%. I get a crazy 80-90% of my 36gb RAM utilization, where the previous highest I've seen is 60% in any other game... but the weirdest thing, is that I see 0% most of the time, sometimes jumping to 0.1% on my GPU!? How is it possible that this game does not use my graphics card at all!? Other games of this graphics quality always use 90-100% of my gpu. I don't understand what's going on here, I've never seen anything like it. Does anyone else have this?

(I'm using Task Manager on Windows 10 to see my stats. I have a Ryzen 7 3700X and GTX 1660 Ti.

my guess is that you are using one screen and you're alt+tabbing to view task manager, you're switching to a new task and so the task manager is showing the correct status.

Recently I've been getting some bug regardless of game sometimes when the Geforce Experience performance overlay would not show proper GPU utilization (0%), temperature and fan speeds are also stuck at some false level.
A PC restart fixes it for me.

No, I've got my task manager on my second monitor. And as I said the other games I tested reached around 90-100% gpu utilization while playing and looking over at my second monitor while still being tabbed into the game.

Might just be window 10, have you tried getting stats with any other programs?

Yeah you're right it was, I just checked with something else and it shows 99% utilization. Man, didn't realize Task Manager had bugs that bad.
