A way to "be sure" you have seen everyone. Maybe at least when you mouse over them there is a "already met" or something after their name. I know having a "town population list" might break imerssion a bit. Even just a simply number like 8/10 vilagers met would be nice!
SPOILER:
When you get to T2 you can build houses in their village and the tool tip say that it adds 2 villagers to the town for every house you build.......... are these villagers that have stats and we can then recruit?
As far as how fast you get new villagers, it happens. I picked up two from Bradford and about 15-to-25 days later, there were two more and picked up one of them.
So, to me at least, it's fast enough. This isn't a fast-paced game. I'm just trying to figure out armies instead of mob rushes.
