Morale of the villagers drops
The morale of my villagers is constantly dropping and is now near zero. There is enough food in the storage and I have no idea what to do to increase morale.

Some of them. But they are already equipped with the best affordable gear. Is there no way to increase morale?

try to research and build things that affect morale, craft better food..
