a different outcome quest

I'm doing the a different outcome quest. So I had to talk 4 npc's in bradford and then to 4 blackridgepool but the quest does not update after that. Something I missed or is it a bug?

same im stuck at bradford part after talking about the election but no update on it yet maybe waiting for new update to continue the quest cz its not added

Doesnt seem very fixed for me. I try to offer the Blackridgepool Elder Dobbins a gift from Laxley but I have no idea what the gift is and I guess I dont have it. So how do you continue?

I'm having the same problem. Am playing coop with my partner and neither of us can remember what the gift is supposed to be to take to the elder. It locks us out of any other conversation with him, too. :(

I can't find Thiana Reesling. When I track the quest it show that the next part of the quest is Patryk Sten instead of Thiana. Does anyone know where she can be found?

Resurrecting thread from the dead as it seems I'm having same issue now... Can't find her. She's not listed as villager in any town.

I found her but she doesn't have voice for the dialog. Just text.
