How to manage follower equipment ? They drop it at workplaces

Hi,

not complaining, it's EA :) I actually just love this game, hope to see a lot of stuff being added (without pay DLC especially *g*)..

Still, i would like to know what's currently the best way to manage the compagnions. I noticed that they often seem to drop their equipment at workplaces that requires tools, mostly noticable with 2-handed equipment like shields and bows.

So it's quite a hassle prepare for incoming raids, since I don't even know where the stuff is lying around sometimes... Managing stores does help a little, but when the porter is slagging off, it's still bad.

So, 4 questions here from my side regarding this matter:

1) So i just noticed that I totally ignored the "delivery" progression. I suppose this is the job for bringing anything from anywhere ? Technically the porter who doesn't do anything else ?

2) Is there currently a way to prevent that farmers and hunters drop and forget their shields and bows ?

3) Is the cloth quiver a degradable items ? I have a feeling i lost a few, since i get messages that the hunter is missing a quiver

4) Is there currently a way to check the peoples inventory without having to directly approach them ? From the main population menu I can only see their attributes and jobs.

weapon racks and eguipment boxes (box setting only equipment)

Quick solution make army select companions select E put flag on weaponrack and eguipment box

this way they take the weapons from rack and shield from the eguipment box
