Uh? My legs are broken?

So after updating and getting on today, my player just cant move now, can jump in place, cant walk anywhere with WASD, not computer issue, NPCs in village are also just teleporting around not actually walking so..... this is cool I suppose, unstuck does not work either obviously.

close the game and launch it without the instant acceleration mod turned on. that mod seems to be broken today
