Items/gear Disappearing

Seems like there is an issue with worker gear. I have a raid incoming and went to give weapons to my workers, i check back after 5 minutes and most of them no longer have the gear i gave them. what gives? are they just dropping it random places to carry items? or are they just being destroyed?

really hoping for a fix or adjustment soon since that makes the game kind of unplayable with incoming raids.

i had the same issue. gave one person a shield and it ended back up in storage. second time i gave the shield back and another person a bow, both items disappeared smh

if the npc has a bag try transferring the bag into your inventory found out items disappear if they have a bag equipped

Try setting your villagers as Guard Reservist when you open up the worker's overview.
Haven't had any issues with my villagers, club in weap slot 2 and shield in slot 3

figured it out, if you right click it'll put it where it needs to be in their inventory. dragging it apparently doesn't automatically make them use it

had them set on that at all times. most were axe in slot 1 and shield in slot 3, all set to guard reserve. still had everything disappearing

I had a Sax as my primary weapon last night when I saved and went to bed. Today when I loaded the game, the Sax somehow magically transformed into a simple axe. Definitely seems to be some kind of bug...
