Dx12/d3d12 compatibility error

Have tried to sort this issue out but cant seem to get the game to open at all does anyone have a fix for this? I have tried video aids but no luck

ULV platforms are not supported and are below minimum hardware requirements for Unreal Engine 5 games in general.

So you might want to refund the game.

After doing a diagnostic i can see in display Intel UHD Graphics & Chip type is UHD Graphics family. Finally under direct x features says directx ultimate is disabled everything else is enabled

You can see your GPU model and driver in for example Task Manager (Performance tab), DX Diag, in your respective vendor control panel, etc.

Win10 22H2 (build 19045) is supported by the game so that is not the problem for you.

Which driver version ?

Again you can find this info in DXDiag, Task Manager, in Steam system info (as provided by the other user) and on other places.
