Winter cloak is pointless or bugged.

I am guess from the description it is meant to stop the cold debuffs, but it isn't doing anything other then cosmetics for me.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is it a bug I should be reporting?
Also I tried to do a bug report and it got stuff on the sending screen... so bug report for the bug reporter?

Didn't the description say that it "might" ward off the cold? Well, it might. It might not.

I think it is just a cosmetic, but no clue. I know I made 6 when I first started the game (1 for me and 5 for my peasants.) I tried to give them all one and they already had one on. So... no clue really. I tossed them into the Outhouse and never looked back.

As I see it, there is currently no freezing and no starving system in the game, or maybe just a little by altering some of the buffs the characters have.
