slow the time scale down
Just a suggestion,,, but the daily time warp seems to go pretty fast. If it could be slowed down just a tad would be great. I am finding myself more trying to keep up with ensuring companions are fed and their daily chores set By the time I get all things set in the base camp and in order for the day, it is already in game noon and by the time I get to travel to a village to speak with a elder regarding quests, it is already late afternoon, not leaving much time to explore and meet other people in the village before it is getting dark in addition to receiving notifications from my companions back in the camp that they are disgruntled for one reason or another.

If the time lapse was just a bit slower, would alleviate frustrations and open up a much more enjoyable time rather than in a constant state of double checking on the minions. Then there are the raids where you have about 36 hours in game to react too and prepare defenses. Which this also takes away 2 in game days to ensure the base camp is prepared to meet the bandits. There is just not enough time in the day to allow to have a sense of being able to breath.

I concur. The time goes by way, wayyy, too fast for my taste.

I was about to create a topic about this. Day is too short to do stuff, it should be at least 2x slower. and maybe give players the chance of sleeping during day time.

Totally agree, tends to make me feel rushed all the time and there is not enough time to get ready for the bandits and/or winter. I have only slept like 5 days out of 50 for this reason but not all preps can be done at night.

Agreed. Slow down time by at least 50%

Yes 100% agree at least double day length and maybe moore

And while you are on it: Spoil timers.... they may be semi realistic, but as with most stuff in gaming: Realistic rarely makes for good or fun gameplay. Some things just need a little gaming magic to not be needlessly annoying. ;-)

I could do with time going about 1.5x slower for sure, if the stack size for certain things was increased, the time might not be so much of an issue though.

+1 feels way too fast.

Hi,
in my mind with the spoil timers i would have thought 100 per cent slower in winter to reflect your walking round in a fridge...............a seasonal differential should be shown, summer faster, winter slower but baseline reset to be 100 per cent slower and build from there.
Also agree on the days passing to fast, but then i have adopted not sleeping at night, so i can do everything, so in game my guy has eyes like saucers.

I agree, I always feel slightly "rushed", Bellwright is a wonderful game to take slowly and chill. Game 0ptions are well received by the community as Bethesda has just proved.

hmm feel the ammount of time is fine, sometimes i go afk while i wait for stuff to be crafted or buildings to be built..

It only feels fast when you got low pop once you get more people so they can do more on their own it hits differently when you doing most of their work it feels like there isnt' enough time in the day as you doing like 4 peoples jobs lol.

I mean this might be an issue IF time mattered.. but it doesn't.. you can finish a quest in 1 day or 10 days and all that is going on is that you take more days. It's not like there is a looming countdown of how long you have to do things. The game is super casual.

I 100% agree with food spoilage being reduced a LOT while it is winter.

I dont always agree but when I do, its because someone made a good point.
