My companions can't farm River Reed why?

So here is my problem, i do not know why even if i setup the farm in the foraging camp it seems that my companions wont go farm there. Do i have to do something special in order that they go collect or it just a bug ? i remembrer that it was an issue in the beta too.

I am not having this issue

I have my Foraging Camp near the river, and I have it set to 'Top Up' River Reed x20

I come a check the camp and there's reeds there, so they are gathering them
But for whatever reason they are not delivering it to storage.

I think I have too many buildings and not enough workers

Ill add more villagers and see if they start moving the goods to storage and report back here

My villagers wont even farm river reed, ill have their priority for harvesting set to 9 as-well as the foraging camp priority set to 9, then the order itself is set to 9. still won't farm it. I start a order for any other resource and they go right to it. So i'm wondering if you're camp is to farm from water if hinders them from foraging it.

1 is the highest 9 is the lowest, if u put them to 9 then they do everything else before.

Good to know, maybe I missed that somewhere when starting/tutorials. Will restructure all my priorities and see if that helps.
