Game Pacing and Tech Tree issues
Okay lets get to brass tacks there's problematic portions of the tech tree and recruitment that have been created by recent updates.

1.) Apiary should not be Tier 2 or should not require Resin (Resin is locked behind Coal Burner which is a Tier 3 building this makes no sense.)

This is the biggest Tech Tree issue.

Lets get into Apprentices and Availability.

Apprentice - Current Town - Town they should be moved to

Farmer - Haerndean -> Farnworth
Innkeeper - Farnworth -> Haerndean
Laborer - Bradford -> Padstow
Weaver - Haerndean -> Bradford

Reasoning -

The current game pacing has you hitting Tier 2 around the time you take Haerndean, and Tier 3 around the time you're ready to take Farnworth (after you take Bradford)... This causes the following problems with current apprentice locations.

Farmer is useless until you can get Resin which is currently problematically locked behind the Coal Burner which is a Tier 3 building.

Innkeeper is problematic because by the time you liberate Farnworth you're knocking on the door of Tier 3 which makes the Tier 2 Innkeeper buildings basically a waste of time, you can just move straight to Tier 3.

Laborer is needed for the drying rack to make advanced animal materials... and the Weaver requires those advanced Mats to do anything... So having the Weaver in the Starter Town and the Laborer in the 3rd Town is silly.

These moves would make the flow of the games tech tree as well as the flow of the current development process for settlements make a ton more sense.
