Question about Settlements
When i started i made my settlement in the north. I then decided i wanted to live somewhere else. I made a new base in the south. Now i want to delete my original settlement but its still there. I deleted all the buildings but its still there. Is there anyway to get ride of it?

Thanks

what do you mean by "its still there" ? like that the people are staying there, or that it is still represented in the menus or ??

if it went T2 then that may be the problem ? if it was still T1 then maybe just make it into outpost and remove unnecessary buildings, dont forget to transfer people to new buildings in new base

I destroyed all the buildings and moved everyone to my new outpost. There's nothing there but when I open the settlement tab the first thing i see is "Your Settlement" Then i have to use the arrow keys to move over to my new home, the HQ. But the original settlement is still there, it even has a raid threat level.

I'm about to create my main town so this interests me as well.

I'm wondering if you left behind any structure, even a trap. Or if any of the workers is still somehow linked to any of the old buildings.

If not, then it sounds like a bug.

ok itried it myself and the original village cannot be deleted from the menu (if that is what you mean)

i have a theory that it is tied to Raid thread, if its not 1 and empty it wont be deleted

still testing

And idea would be to leave the original settlement as a farming and/or logging outpost that keeps sending resources to the HQ settlement.

It doesn't fix the issue but at least it gives some use to it.

Try moving all buildings and people over to the original "Your Settlement".

Yeah same issue for me. I built my first base kinda remote and then realized i needed to be closer to Resource nodes for my people to do tasks so i tore everything down and when i put down a new personal shack it made it settlement 2. The annoying part is anytime i put down a new building or recruit a follower it is automatically assigned to the empty settlement 1

It wont delete because its tide to trading system, best to delete all buildings and just have 1 warehouse there to trade and move everything to new location till they fix it

set up 1 time delivery with what you traded for

This is the correct answer. The issue isn't that "Your Settlement" is a bug. "Your Settlement" is the placeholder for your main area, which will change once you build the Village Hall in T2. You'll have a pop up to name your town. Just take each thing that is in your Outpost that you want to be your "main" village into the "Your Settlement". Only Outposts disappear when you remove everything from it.

For me was that working either. Not to put it in the new one or in a seperate one. The first one doesen't dissappear and I have nothing to trade then with liberated towns. Also another issue wit that apears calling your army via key "O" is also connected to this settlement.

Somebody tested if deleting all buldings wouuld help?

I hope there adding a feature to choose the town to trade from or all your troops.

"Settlement" always stays. Just move your old base buildings to a new outpost. Assign new built buildings (from an outpost) to "Settlement" if necessary.
