How outpost works?????

Pretty much the title, i made an outpost, set deliveries..nothing happens.
Who is supposed to go there and take 10 logs every day or something else?

Build an building, go to the tab where you can see the buildings and on the right site is a button. There you can choose which building will be part of your new outpost. After this set up, you can choose delivery. Choose into this tab you main village, choose delivery and type the stuff you want to have, chosse time and amount, done. Every morning the stuff will be delivered. Important, you need to choose a citizian which needs to live / move into this outpost

Pretty sure you need to have people live there and they do it. It's a delivery from that outpost.

Ok i did the other way around, now, i set it to deliver " everything " from the outpost, this morning i saw 1 copper ore and 4 i believe logs while i have 20 in the outpost, i say 4 because as soon as i sleep and saw the 0.5 second notification i look into the storage page and saw 4...why is that?
I don't have space for 20 logs?

Ok it seems that they get 5 logs at a time and 1 ore.
