Where can I find "STRAW"?

I can't figure out where to find straw...
Dropped 3 times from invaders in the first village
I didn’t see her again... And I need to build a house :) *There are still invaders :D*

you get straw from the thresher building, you need wheat to put into the thresher to get straw,
you can steal wheat from the wheat fields look on map look for windmill icon below the town of Padstow be careful its guarded.

the wheat farm south of padstow (the field is marked on your map before you discover it) - there are guards and you cannot collect in winter - to collect wheat (although the gather spots say straw). Then use the thresher building. You use 1 wheat to either get 1 straw or 1 wheat seed. 5 straw gets you 1 thatch. So i would recommend getting a farm down too if you do not have one. I went at night and managed to grab 30 before I had to run for my life (I would make a manual save before going into the field too - just in case)
