How do you get villagers to work in certain buildings?

I want villagers to work in assigned building, but I can't figure out how to get them to do that.

There is no real way to set that, you have to limit their "priority" to only enable the jobs you want, then assign the building a priority which ranks against other bldgs, if that doesn't get you what you want then the closest thing is to create an outpost and assign that building to the outpost and assign that worker to the outpost

so I have a forraging camp and I don't know if that is considered harvest or delivery?

I believe that's harvesting.. but someone would need delivery job in order to bring the items from foraging camp elsewhere, like to production station (if that same person doesn't have delivery and harvesting). And set the building itself to also be high priority if you want it always be producing/active
