I have a feeling if they’re too far out it needs to be set as a seperate outpost. They have no issue taking materials there to build it but won’t actually do the work
I may be wrong
Something else that might be wrong ?
I actually made it an outpost so that only mining and reed gathering happens there.
Now I am not sure if this is the reason, but I did build the mining hut a bit close to the copper vein, so part of it disappeared when I placed it down.
So my miner went to the ore, stand on top of it for a second and then moved on. I actually followed her and she went all the way to a second ore vein a little bit further up, which she started to mine.
I removed the forager hut and only did mining, but that did not solve it, so it might be the location, or me placing to close or some bug
