(For dev) solutions to improve the game.
1. Tier 3 warehouse must have another 0 :) minimum (construction time + many resources + size = many places for warehouse)
2. Resources - iron, peat and moss are located a long way from the base. . remove fast travel costs. or more iron, peat and moss at the beginning of the game. (All players will build a base in the same location. Can also improve the balance of the map and not tie the player to the first village, but that’s a lot of work.))))
3. Food for soldiers - make a military mode where NPCs spend food more slowly. and doesn’t go to sleep while they are in the group (15+ NPCs need half a day to feed. can’t walk 500 meters before night falls and they go to bed.)
4. Tier 3 - make it self-sufficient. mine for iron and coal. Cattle. Gardening tools. Planting trees and bushes. Training camp for your own village.
5. Add a special fast travel point to tier 2 or 3 so you can jump with a group.
6. Possibility to assign a profession to a specific NPC

ps. Recommendations for players: do not start building tier 2 at the beginning of the map. find the iron first and build there and not far from the swamp.

Yup I noticed the influence hit after my first sign post....i'll take it instead of the time needed to be travelled.

It doesnt cost anything to use them over and over. It just costs when you build a fast travel sigh.

It is worth noting that you can set up outposts, this will allow you to setup small communities to gather the distant resources.
