Any talks of being able to run small servers for friends? co op is tough when you play after different times than friends

Its strange since everyone is saying theres no dedicated servers but there are host selling servers for the game, Would be nice a server but IDK if that would work atm

I don't think so in its current state, you follow the hosts progression when you coop there is no separate progression, this game wasn't designed with separate player progression in mind.

The game doesn't really support a dedicated server content wise.

Imagine you away for a few days, you log on and.. no bandit camps, all POI's been cleared out and all that is left is playing sim village...

This isn't like 7 days to die, where you have endless content and trader missions respawn poi's, and you have a horde night every 7 days to deal with.

Yea, it's for SEO. So when dedicated servers drop, they already on front page. If you click through any of them, it's "coming soon" or "reserve now". Nothing is active.
