Padstow full of Wolves?

Im not sure if its a bug but i did the Wolf Hunting Quest to kill 5 wolves and the next day Padstow was full of wolves

It's my spot of farm :D got the same lot of wolves like 10 15 every 2 3 days

Yes, this is Wolf Central - aka the pelt farm. Boars, wolves, and the passing bandit squads make this place a wee bit dangerous... but fun!

May I ask where exactly is this spot ? I have the same quest and I have troubles findings wolves

just kill any wolves you find on the map

problem is.... i'm wandering everywhere but no wolf. I build my base near the wolf den so I guess it prevents them from coming back. So I need another spot

i spot many wolves on almost any copper spot

Originaly there was a "wandering mechanism" that could move spawns, but too many players did not understand what overhunting an area means (too many games, not much life I guess 😋) so it was removed or even completely stopped with the last patch. Changing hunting grounds was too much for some players so it got nerfed. However animals in the world loiter kinda anywhere. Basicaly the reason why cows, goats, chicken and pigs are walking everywhere on the map, just not in tows to which they belong - just so that they can takeaway your reputation whenever they get accidentaly hit with something. At least the rep penalty should be removed if they venture outside the teritory of their original village.
