Amelie Felltoir

Where is Amelie Felltoir? I can't find her and the quest marker shows the wrong person. I can't find the bell tower in Haerndean either, where is that supposed to be?

She wanders the starting town completely random. She's a bit more distinctive dressed that most. Wears a reddish dress/robe with other colors mixed in to a lesser degree, and has a white hood/nun habit-looking thing on her head.

The quest marker isn't always precise but if you have the right quest tracked she'll at least be close to the marker. VERY close.

You need to build the bell tower

Same problem she shows up as head of another village.
I think the bell tower is at the start location to the north.

Highlight the quest she is a apart of and she will show up on the map.
And you build the belltower by placing the construction inside the city perimeter. You can do this to start the revolt or just ask the leader. You have to build the tower to free the town

I can't find Amelie, she is not in bradford... (I built the bell tower)

I had the bug too: Amelie Feltoir was shown in Padstow instead of Hearndean.
Back to Hearndean and had to find her "manually" by putting my mouse on the little white dots that are PNJs on the map. And they move around A LOT !
I feared it would not work but when I spoke to her, I got the right dialogue.

It easy to find her due to the clothes she wear. Not many use those...

Thank you Tevirik. It's a shame we can't upvote replies that are from people actually playing the game & actually know the answer to the actual problem. It would make a big difference.

That is very strange - she has only ever been in Haerndean ever for me....never have I seen her in any other village......another special npc is the Butcher/Burning Stove (I think that is their cult name) quest gal and she is always in Casmere - I am failing to recall her name right now....I think K something.

I know what's happening here. If you have a Quest to find Amelia but someone in Padstow is the one who gave you the Quest, the quest marker will show you who the quest came from instead of the target of the quest. I have never seen Amelia go anywhere else but Haerndean, but one of the Quest has talking to Amelia as optional, but it won't show her as the quest target.
