Can't I Craft on Bloom Myself?

For some reason the Bloom is the first crafting station i've run across where I can't find the option to craft myself. Only "Manage" so Villagers will craft on it. Is that how it's intended to function or is it glitched somehow?

Bloom crafts by itself it just a time based thing all you do is add the ore and wood.
my problem when trying to make tin is the followers keep adding copper to make brass instead

Matty, just turn your brass requirements to zero in the menu and they shouldn't attempt to make brass. There is a "Manage" tab for you to set up follower instructions and another tab where you can manufacture yourself.
