Report a translation problem
There is plenty around the starting area. You likely have past by it never seen it though. Look on your map as icons appear when you find resources.
Hemp blends in with the Tan color grass but it has what looks like flower on top.
Best I could do to explain it. Look for the high grass then look around for the dots if the map shows nothing.
In winter you will not find any plant type resources at all have to wait for snow to go away.
The trick here is to look for trees that have yellow grass around them. These have a chance to have Hemp in them. If there isn't yellow grass, then Hemp won't be growing there.
Trade it with liberated villages for metal, feather or nails and planks. Due to the quality that you can amass them at they make very good barter currency with villages
