STRAPS!!!

Hi, I need straps and I can't craft. I'm at Level 1 for village , and I need to became level 2 for to craft straps! But I need straps for to became level 2!! There is a solution?

There is a merchant I think south or east of one of the lakes that sells them. I think it's the little lake near Padstow close to where the bandit camp quest for Padstow is but I could be mistaken.

once you hit t2 research you can make them yourself thankfully you dont need an apprentice level worker to make them either, just iron which can be found in the south part of the map west of the prison. getting straps is easy though constantly kill roaming bandits, straps drop like 40% of time maybe more.

You can buy them south of starting area. He's an exiled craftsman, right next to the lake south of starting area on the right side of map. They are 75 gold, not that cheap. Best way is to get 4 villagers then just go raid the one dot bandit camps, will get more than enough, because they have roaming bandits in some of the areas.

There is a tool maker with a hut on the lake east of the starter village and the craftsman to the south as mentioned above. Both of them buy simple cords. What ended up working for me, build a farm and plant flax, have a weaver table setup to Top Off 20 cords. Build a signpost by the tool maker and craftsman. Every morning I grab 20 cords from storage, fast travel to each place, sell the cords and buy 2 straps. Gold goes up and I get many straps. Now I get them from wandering bandits but the trade system was great to get started.
