Thatch Problem

Can anyone please explain the Thatch and how to get it. I Have my Thresher up got wheat can turn it into Straw and seeds and thats it. No option for Thatch nor can i see a Thatchery in the Research list. So how do I get That for my Village Hall?.

Should be a crafting option at the weaver table.

You take the straw from the thresher to the weaver loom. It requires 5 straw to make 1 thatch and takes like half a min to make (:
