Padstow, Mark Tholey. Makes them as part of some quest.

Theres a wagon wreck but I didnt find any quest items there, IDK if Im suppose to or its bugged

you speak Mark tholey and you must wait one day then go back and speak him hes giving parts

Although the list fools you, the caravan parts are the last step of this quest. You have to do every other objective before Marek Tholy in Padstow gives you that item.

Padstow - Carpenter - Mark Tholy, will ask for 2 simple cords and 2 logs and give it ti you as a side quest reward

solved just do the merchant mision in the middle of the town padstow he asking for a weard potion and then go ant talk to mark

I did the Quest with the potion in the city center but still Marek tells me he needs the stuff without the option to hand them over to him. I don't even have a quest for it. But without it, I cannot complet the caravan parts quest...
