Report a translation problem
So not sure what you guys are doing wrong but the farms work just fine. There is either an issue with your seed storage, agricultural storage, priority settings, maybe you are missing a hoe, maybe you are missing water, or your villagers are assigned weird, do you have top-off amounts set? Do you have storage set up to receive the goods?
there are MANY working parts in this game and sometimes a simple thing gets missed but I assure you it functions properly.

Have they tilled the land? The only time they will not till is if the farm is turned off. Do you have the actual planting/crops set up in the farm manager menu? Did you set up top/off or minimum requirements for them to plant?
