The innkeepers normally stand next to their taverns/inns......and you can buy a room for the night from them.

its official i have searched every town in the game and i have not found one apprentice innkeeper

I've not been able to find one myself. I can find an innkeeper, but can't find one.

I was wondering can you make normal worker in Apprentice somehow ?
Or only way to get one is to find it and recruit it ???

There is usually a couple wandering around Farnworth, that's the only village I have seen them in.

Farnworth is the only town with Innkepers (apprent.).

I guess because you eat food at an Inn. Tavern T2, Inn T3 and Bakery T3 become your main cooking stations as you progress.
