Priorities are set from 1-9. With 1 being highest priority. You can also set certain buildings to different priorities. Say you got 3 bloomeries for making copper, tin, and then bronze. Early game you dont need as much bronze but you need tin and copper ingots. You can set the tin and copper bloomers to say priority 3 and 4 respectively, and the bronze bloomery to 5. They will prioritize setting the tin and copper before turning all your tin and copper into bronze.

Generally when it comes to villagers, you want to set them to jobs they have the most experience or highest learning cap to. skills being a 1-10.

Harvesting also counts as hunting and trapping.

Delivery jobs are really important. As this covers transporting materials to stations for crafting, refueling your cooking stations, and picking up finished goods and delivering them to storage. And you may want a couple people to be dedicated porters to do the deliveries. Like if your forage hut gets full from foragers, they won't do anymore and wait for a porter to take it away.

There is no need for 3 bloomeries to manage this, you can adjust the internal priority of the different ingots inside one bloomery by moving them up or down. You can also set a stock limit with the "Top Up" setting.

If you have your harvester also delivery in priority if they stop harvesting because its full then they should empty it, the fact the mining camps are also under harvesting is annoying.

Hello i think you will need to flame up the bloomery first than personnaly place copper when it smelts go for a tin...this is how you lern the recipe...after make sure you flame the bloomery 1 and place copper ore and tin ore the same time, this is how you learn bronze! after learning the recipe villagers can take over!

My problem is the furnace, tin, copper, and bronze are all crafting level 2, iron is crafting level 5, I have an apprentice blacksmith with a crafting level of 6. She won't use the furnace to craft anything. I set the furnace priority to 1, set her crafting, smelting, delivery to 1, and all storage to 3. Nothing works I have tried every combination possible to get her to craft ingots in the furnace but she won't, bloomery is the only station she will use and it doesn't do iron even though i set the request for 10 each and changed priorities around and more than enough resources. I guess I have to craft all my iron. Anyone have a solution?
