Lost Bandit's Treasure

I raided a bandit camp yesterday and acquired a quest item called the Bandit's Treasure. I have since been raided by bandits and they stole the treasure from me. Now I have a quest to bring that treasure to someone and there is no marker for where to go get this treasure, but the other objective is already cleared because I defeated the camp where the treasure is normally found. I returned to that camp and the chest that had the treasure is not there anymore. Does anyone know how I would go about getting the treasure back so I can complete this quest?

For me the treasure was on one of the bodies not in the chest itself.

That treasure goes to that ex bandit just outside the starter village as part of a quest from the village elder. If they stole it back hopefully it didn’t disappear.

Check your private chests. The treasure appeared in mine after giving up on trying to find it after clearing the camp.

The same issue happened with me as well. I found the treasure chest before I even had the quest and stashed it in my camp in the private chest. Then I got raided and my Personal Shack got destroyed, with the treasure being gone after that. No idea how to get it back.

Realy? Ups that´s bad. I killed him on Start, because its a Bandit. I become Honor and he has 500 Gold

If you give him the chest, you get 250 coin. If you kill him, you get 500 coin. So just kill him.

It's not in any chest. It shows up as stolen in the raid report and there's no way to locate it without scouring the whole map in hopes that it hasn't disappeared entirely.

Yeah that's where I got it. But like I said before, it was stolen from me during a raid. Those bodies are long gone and even if they were there, the chest wouldn't be there.

Jup same here. Day 200. got raided in the first beginning and they stole it from me too...

You can first give him the chest for the 250 gold and then kill him to take the 500 in addition
