Signpost fast travel.

How do you actually fast travel?. I have researched the sign post but its not buildable and i don`t get any options at the signposts already on the road.

Not sure, saw a streamer craft them and they were placing them. It's a specific building that you need to make in order to build them. I just don't know which one sorry.

no worries, i have researched it but its not coming up in the list of crafting items which is wierd.

do we need planks or any other material before the sign post shows up in workbench?

i dont know where u are in game but the signpost req 150 renown to build as well i believe. says it while u are placing it

Look in your Build menu not your workbench.

You need two as well. Oddly, the Signposts already in game are NOT fast travel points (Initially confusing, but more annoying than anything). Unfortunately companions don't seem to fast travel with you, so for the moment they seem pretty useless.

They also need to be build by a road

Pay attention where the roads are.....place signs near the villages so that you can zip to each one eventually.......I also started to look at any crafter that was remote wherever they have a road nearby so that I can put a signpost there as well....and be able to zip to those npcs quickly as well......

Just be aware it costs 100 renown to build them. So worth it though

If you could, you could just make a 1 space road in middle of no where, and drop a signpost. For it to be plausible and work. You would had to be able to connect your player made road with the established network of roads. There been some discussions around it on discord. Game still in early access, who knows.

But i did add it to existing that was the only smart way to implement it properly. Thought it would of been done.
