You always have multiple options how to handle them. Even just having Lubomir and giving him a weapon, then switching him to companion or guard is often enough to defend against an early raid. You could also build fences around your village to make the raiders come from a narrow space and use a bow, and so on.
Letting the raid win is also not a bad strategy if you're just starting out and don't have much to lose, as your raid threat won't be increasing this way.
By the way, you can change your difficulty settings even while playing until you build up a little and get a stronger defense, and we'll keep working on this mechanic to balance it further.
If you have any more specific suggestions or questions about it, feel free to write!
I must say, i was attack from 4 Bandits, 2 with Shild and Lubomir and i have no Chance to defete them.
I think you do sneak a bit when you notch an arrow, I seem to have more luck getting close with a bow if I right click first to bring up the reticle then move forward. You can even see your player crouch a bit.
Frankly, if they do add crouch/sneak, I hope it's not stupidly over powered like it is in most games: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66oyL15H_DA
