Looks like you're below minimum requirements, sadly. You can check them on the game's steam store page. It requires at least GTX 1070 right now, but we'll be trying to lower the requirements as we work on the game

I cant even load up on my 1080ti FTW edition...16gb card and wont even make it passed character creator...

If you don't meet minimal requirements, please contact steam support for a refund and explain that you can't run the game on your hardware. We'll be optimizing the game during Early Access, so it's possible it could work on less demanding GPUs in the future, but not at this moment, I'm afraid

Post your OS version and exact build number of it, also, have you tried to launch the game in DX11 ?

That's 11GB of VRAM, and I hope that was just a typo.

If you are using DirectX 12 AgilitySDK then you seriously need to fix your minspec to mention supported Windows 10 builds.

I can't even look into SteamDB since the files are encrypted.

Realy ?? First you dont have the Game, second, you dont read the min Requirements on the Shop Side ?? Your System is Miles away from what you need.

How many gigs is the vid card? If it's below 8 that's the problem.
