I only managed to get to the point of having two companions and basic base stuff with them collecting for me.
The game runs a lot like Medieval Dynasty, but the companions are nice and do a lot of work and you can have them join your party and order them to fight etc.
The crafting and stuff is nice with auto orders and they did a very good job of dividing the workload between all the buildings and knowing which guy to do what work based on their skills.
So even with just 2 guys they were able to handle all the jobs in the camp at the same time juggling them. Didn't get to do much combat, just a pack of wolves and a bandit clash. 3v2 and both my companions went down but we won.
All using the basic starting stone axe, haha. It's a bit of work to get to the first set of tools in the bloomery. I should have prioritized that, first.
Anyway, building camp is fun, there is combat (directional ala M&B) and if you liked Medieval Dynasty I think this is fresh and fun.
Tip: Don't be like me and build near the belltower, build past the first village so you're more centrally located. Otherwise you get to run a lot for flax :D
Everything in the trailer was recording with real players (devs) in the game. Those are just much later tiers of progression, mostly Tier 2 and 3 if you check the Tech Tree by pressing U.
You are able to build a tavern, windmill etc. Just no stone buildings.. so plenty is already available
